These are just some of the many ways we have given back over the years:
Supporting Local Families Through Franklin City Schools
One of our most impactful partnerships is with Franklin City Schools, where we proudly support local families throughout the year in three major ways:
Back-to-School Support: Helping provide essential school supplies to families in need at the start of each school year.
Holiday Assistance: Partnering with the district to bring comfort and joy to families in need during the holiday season.
Graduation Support: Helping pay off outstanding school debt for graduating seniors so every student can participate in graduation activities and celebrate their accomplishments.
These efforts reflect our belief that every child deserves the opportunity to start strong, stay supported, and finish proud.
Feeding Families for the Holidays
Each year, our team also comes together to make sure no family goes hungry during the holidays. In 2025 alone, through a partnership with Crossroads Church, we helped feed 33 families—330 people—for Thanksgiving. It’s one of many ways our employees and partners unite to serve others and share hope in our community.
Shoes 4 the Shoeless: Delivering Dignity, One Pair at a Time
Each year, LMS is proud to partner with Shoes 4 the Shoeless, a nonprofit dedicated to delivering brand-new gym shoes and socks to disadvantaged children in our community. Access to proper footwear helps kids stay active, participate in school with confidence, and simply feel cared for. Our team loves being part of this mission, showing up each year to help ensure children receive the support—and the shoes—they deserve.
Supporting Asheville, NC After Hurricane Helene
In 2024, when Hurricane Helene devastated parts of Asheville, North Carolina, LMS partnered with a customer to support relief efforts in that region. We provided essential supplies and shipped giant totes of clean water to help residents meet immediate needs during a critical time. Our team acted quickly to ensure help reached families and emergency responders when they needed it most. It was another reminder that our commitment to service extends far beyond our facility walls.
