With over 24 years in R&D leadership at Procter & Gamble and 6 years as Chief Innovation and Operations Officer at KOST USA, Russ brings deep expertise in product, packaging, and operational innovation. Known for building high-performance, culture-driven teams, he takes pride in creating workplaces that empower employees and foster excellence—earning multiple Top Workplace awards along the way.

    As Chief Commercial Officer, Steve Overdeck drives LMS’s sales and commercial strategies, helping customers bring their brands to market with confidence. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, including as CEO of KOST USA—the largest family-owned antifreeze manufacturer in North America—Steve is an expert in private labeling, tolling, and turnkey partnerships. His entrepreneurial vision and customer-first mindset continue to fuel LMS’s growth and industry leadership.

    Joe Huffer oversees all production operations at LMS, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. With over 30 years of experience in food manufacturing leadership at Frito-Lay, Kellogg’s, and Refresco, Joe is passionate about process improvement and developing future leaders. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Joe thrives on creating systems that empower people to achieve their full potential. Being able to make a difference in the lives of LMS’s fair-chance employees and see them succeed has been one of the most gratifying parts of his career.

    Matt Hupp leads LMS’s technical operations, overseeing lab testing, safety programs, and research and development. Before joining LMS, Matt spent the majority of his career in senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, where he led innovation and product development initiatives across multiple categories. With more than 20 years of experience and 19 U.S. patents in materials and packaging, he brings deep technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. A Chemical Engineering graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Matt is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence that defines LMS’s commitment to innovation.

    Megan Ryan, sr director - food safety & quality

    As Senior Director of Food Safety and Quality, Megan Ryan ensures that LMS upholds the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and product quality across every line. She brings a strong academic and professional foundation to her role, holding an Associate of Science in Biological Sciences from Central Ohio Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Technology from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Science in Regulatory Sciences with a focus on Food Safety from Arizona State University.

    Megan also holds Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt Certifications, Advanced HACCP Certification, and Advanced SQF Practitioner Certification, underscoring her deep expertise in process optimization and regulatory excellence. With over a decade of experience in both industry and regulatory settings, Megan is passionate about building a proactive food safety culture that empowers employees, protects consumers, and drives LMS’s commitment to best-in-class quality.

Her expertise spans employee relations and engagement, compensation, recruiting, and development. Shasta is passionate about creating values-driven workplaces where people can thrive, learn, and grow together.

    Sarah Gniazdowski manages customer service and production scheduling with a focus on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results. A former educator with a Bachelor’s in Education, Sarah transitioned into manufacturing and quickly became an integral part of LMS’s operations team. Her dedication to service excellence and her faith-driven approach to leadership earned her the LMS Leadership Award in 2025. She’s motivated by helping others succeed and ensuring every customer experience reflects LMS’s values of integrity and care.

    Chris Grathwohl oversees LMS’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and financial stewardship. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a CPA, Chris brings 38 years of experience across manufacturing, insurance, and distribution industries. Known for his analytical expertise and process improvement focus, he plays a key role in aligning LMS’s financial strategy with its mission for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

    Marius Pop, Director of Operations

    As Director of Operations, Marius Pop leads LMS operations teams to achieve safe, efficient, and cost-effective product manufacturing. He holds an engineering degree in Industrial Robotics and Construction of Machines from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Marius brings experience in all facets of our business, having joined LMS’s predecessor, Olivamed, more than 18 years ago. Marius specializes in the design, automation, and implementation of advanced bottling and packaging systems and is driven by solving complex operational challenges that improve efficiency, reliability, and overall business performance.

  • Ethan Oldfield

    Ethan Oldfield, Manufacturing Engineering Manager

    Ethan Oldfield oversees warehouse receiving, shipping, and blending operations at LMS, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are consistently met. A graduate of Marietta College, he earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Engineering Leadership Studies and joined LMS just one month after graduation. Known for his adaptability and leadership, Ethan has successfully taken on multiple roles within manufacturing operations and launched the LMS Fellowship Club, reflecting his passion for helping others grow spiritually and professionally and building teams that continually improve together.

    Heidi Day, Materials Manager

    As Materials Manager, Heidi Day serves as LMS’s inventory expert while maintaining a strong working knowledge of shipping and receiving, procurement, and operational practices. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and brings eight years of experience in project management and R&D. Heidi specializes in process improvement and development and is proud to support LMS through periods of significant growth. She is motivated by collaboration, continuous learning, and building genuine connections to solve problems and drive results.

  • Ryan Kosturko

    Ryan Kosturko, Lab & Quality Manager

    Ryan Kosturko leads laboratory operations at LMS, ensuring products meet all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Xavier University and brings nearly eight years of laboratory experience, including four years in an FDA-regulated analytical lab. Ryan successfully built LMS’s lab from the ground up—sourcing equipment, installing infrastructure, and developing and qualifying testing methods—and continues to focus on improving efficiency, testing accuracy, and system design. He is driven by the responsibility of protecting consumers and delivering high-quality products.
